Cartucho filtrante para semiconductores de microelectrónica
The microelectronics semiconductor filter cartridge is part of Pullner’s capsule filter series. The capsule format is self-contained, so the filter is installed without a separate housing — useful at point of use where space is limited and change-out needs to be quick and clean.
It is built in polypropylene and rated 1–10 µm, for a maximum allowable pressure of 4.1 bar (60 PSI) and a maximum allowable temperature of 50°C (120°F). Typical duty covers electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, liquid crystal display (LCD) production, ultrapure water, wet etch and data hard disk storage.
