PHFZ Condensate Polishing Pleated Filter Cartridge
PHFZ series Pleated filter cartridge is a kind of Pleated filter cartridge that can be washed repeatedly. It is all formed by hot-melt welding, with no secondary pollution and no media shedding.
It is specially designed for condensate refined treatment of power plant. According to the structure form can be divided into PHFZ-I (7 sections), PHFZ-II(4+3) and PHFZ-II(3+1) three types of products, the type PHFZ-II(4+3) filter cartridge is 40 “and 30” welded, is a total diameter of 69 skeleton product.

- Gradient Depth Structure: Multi-layer pore grading loads contaminant through the media thickness, raising dirt-holding capacity and extending replacement intervals.
- Large Effective Area: Deep pleating delivers high throughput at low differential pressure.
- Coreless 69 mm Format: Removing the centre core frees media area within the same envelope.
- Inside-to-Outside Flow: Retains contaminant inside the cartridge, so solids leave with the element instead of dropping into the housing at change-out.
- Fewer Cartridges per System: High per-element capacity reduces cartridge count and housing size, lowering capital cost, footprint and labour.
- Seven Micron Ratings: 1 to 70 µm across three lengths, covering polishing through bulk particulate duty.
- Seal Options: NBR, silicone, EPDM or Viton matched to fluid and temperature.
