PHSW Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge
The PHSW uses a multi-layer sintered stainless steel mesh medium with uniform pore distribution for stable, consistent filtration performance. Multiple mesh layers are sintered together into a single rigid structure that combines the precision of woven mesh with improved mechanical stability.

- All-Stainless Construction: Media, core, guard and end caps are stainless throughout — no polymer components to soften or creep.
- Depth Porous Media: Pleated fiber felt captures through the depth of the material rather than at the surface alone, raising dirt-holding capacity.
- 480°C Service Temperature: Suitable for hot gas and hot process liquids well beyond the range of polypropylene or polyester elements.
- 5 bar Differential Tolerance: Withstands high pressure drop without collapse, including upset conditions.
- All-Welded Assembly: Eliminates media migration into the downstream process.
- Cleanable and Reusable: Stainless construction supports repeated cleaning cycles rather than disposal.
- Corrosion Resistant: 304 or 316L selectable to match process chemistry.

- High-Temperature Process Liquids: Duties up to 480°C where polymeric media cannot be used.
- Corrosive Media: Streams requiring 316L wetted parts.
- High-Differential Service: Systems that see pressure excursions up to 5 bar across the element.
- Cleanable Filtration Duty: Applications where reusable elements are preferred over disposable cartridges on cost or waste grounds.
